Background and Discussion:
The Office of County Administration's' Human and Civil Rights Office is working with precinct offices, staff, community partners, and local universities to improve voter literacy and increase civic knowledge and engagement. The county-wide initiative consists of three parts: civics education, summer youth bootcamp, and a rally.
