Expecting 150 guests. Setup begins at 7:00 am - 8:00 am on 09/07/2026 with breakdown by 12:00 pm on 09/07/2026. Property use will include the Clear Lake Landolt Pavilion and the grass area that inside the fenced pavilion area, use of the parking lot will be for public parking and event guests to park only, and no event activities will be on the outside of the fenced area of the pavilion.
