Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Veterans Services Department (VSD) uses Salesforce for case and records management of all Harris County veterans seeking assistance under its programs. The current case and records management system provides functionality which can be met with the existing county enterprise 311 system and VSD supports the transition to the existing countywide enterprise 311 system. Funding for this contract renewal and data migration services is part of the 311 Phase IV Project with Universal Services, who will manage the data migration and coordinate with the vendor.
