Background and Discussion:
This is the recommendation for the continuance of software services and maintenance for the remote book locker system.
Expected Impact:
The renewal of software and maintenance will allow the County Library to continue offering library locker services at key community locations for patrons to access, increasing the community reach of library materials.
Alternative Options:
Alternative locker systems were evaluated by RFP. This was the selected option approved by Court on 3/27/2025. If we do not renew this contract the lockers will become defunct.
