Background and Discussion:
On April 4, 2023 Commissioners Court approved a sole source agreement with UKG Kronos Systems, LLC for the maintenance and upgrades of UKG(r) Telestaff software and products including time and attendance scheduling systems. Approval is now being requested for an agreement for the term beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.
