Background and Discussion:
On October 16, 2025, Commissioners Court approved the allocation of $181,105 in General Funds and accompanying resolutions to provide Harris County grants to eligible agencies to qualify for the Fiscal Year 2027 Texans Feeding Texans Home-Delivered Meal (HDM) grant award through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The total grant awards were $181,105, in General Funds. The resolutions stipulated that County funds will be used between February 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027.

Approval to revise one (1) Texans Feeding Texans County Resolution to continue to meet the State required Harris County leverage amount.
