Background and Discussion:
Harris County Commissioners Court previously approved the Annual Action Plans (AAP). The Annual Action Plans, which are a consolidation of the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). The following HOME Funded project is being amended:
2021 HOME Funding:
* Project 2023-008 Harris County Single-Family Housing Program - de-obligate $1,595,625.50 in PY2021 HOME funds. Total project funding, including previously awarded entitlement and/or program income amounts, will be $10,370,581.15.
Expected Impact:
Approval is required to use the 2021 funds to support a different single-family housing project.
* Total amount de-obligated includes $1,595,625.50 in PY2021 HOME funds.
