Background and Discussion:
Harris County Housing and Community Development (HCD) Executive Director will provide a brief presentation summarizing the program's progress and an overview of next steps as HCD and partners close out remaining projects within the CDBG-DR program.
The attached recurring report also contains detailed information on the Q4 2025 (as of end of 2025 calendar year) and Q1 2026 (as of March 31, 2026) statuses of remaining programs in the Disaster Recovery Harvey program, administered in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, by way of the Texas General Land Office.
