Background and Discussion:
The Office of County Administration is requesting an amendment to add $100,000 to the current agreement, for a total of $300,000 for the period of January 9, 2026 - January 8, 2027 for the Interlocal Agreement with Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) to perform energy management-related engineering services, including but not limited to energy-related studies, development and implementation of energy efficiency measures, performing Measurement and Verification (M&V), and project commissioning services. These additional funds will allow us to expand the scope of services.
