Background and Discussion:
Sales of a 10' to 30' wide aerial easement to CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC will allow for maintenance of distribution facilities across a portion of Spring Creek. Sales of the electric easements will also allow CenterPoint to place powerlines within Harris County and Harris County Flood Control District right of way.
Expected Impact:
This proposal would allow for the residential development of a master planned community of Breckenridge Forest which would add significantly to the Harris County tax base.
