Background and Discussion:
The E132-00-00 Mitigation project is located in Northwest Harris County in Precinct 3. More specifically, it lies to the Southwest intersection of N Eldridge Parkway and Cypress North Houston Road. E132-00-00 is a HCFCD drainage channel, a tributary of White Oak Bayou (E100-00-00) and serves as one of the outfall systems for the subdivisions of Bernadine Estates, Barwood, Tower Oaks and Tower Oaks Meadows. The scope of work for this
project consists of channel improvements to accommodate increased conveyance due to the subdivision's drainage Improvement projects.
