Background and Discussion:
This contract is for debris monitoring services following disasters. The contract was awarded by Court on
March 30, 2021. This is the third extension of this contract.

Extending this contract will allow the County to have pre-positioned debris monitoring services, which will
lead to more effective and efficient response to disasters. The contract is not pre-funded. Funding is
determined upon activation of the contract
