Background and Discussion:
The District Attorney's Office currently has over 870 full-time employees that work in and around the Downtown Courthouse Complex. The County has allocated 205 parking spaces to DAO at 1401 Congress and 1019 Congress. There are a few other parking spaces allocated near 1310 Prairie. The DAO requires additional parking spaces to effectively operate.
Expected Impact:
Additional DAO employees will have secured, reliable parking in the Downtown Courthouse Complex.

Not allowing additional parking spaces for DAO employees.
