Background and Discussion:
On September 18, 2025, Harris County Commissioners Court approved an agreement between Harris County and SEARCH Homeless Services for Housing Stability Case Management, funded with PY2025 CDBG funds in the amount of $221,160. The project provides case management and supportive services, to include transportation assistance and life skills training, to formerly homeless individuals residing at the Villas at Eastwood.

The First Agreement Amendment will add $60,000 in PY2025 CDBG funds to adequately support project costs and will update the Scope of Services and the Federal Award Identification Table. The total CDBG allocation for the project will now increase to $281,160.

Expected Impact:
No additional financial impact on the County. The $60,000 increase is being reallocated from a PY2025 CDBG funded project that was terminated.
