Background and Discussion:
Pursuant to Texas code Section 352 these funds will be used to promote tourism and promote the Convention and Hotel Industry in Harris County by supporting the construction, improvement, enlarging, equipping, repairing, operations, and maintenance of public improvements that serve the purpose of attracting visitors and tourists to the County.
