Background and Discussion:
Clinton Drive from Galena Manor to Crown Street located in Precinct 2 is part of the High Injury Network identified in Harris County's Vision Zero Action Plan. The corridor is being examined for potential improvements focusing on safety and mobility. The study will include stakeholder and public engagement to seek input on infrastructure issues and potential improvements to the corridor. This project will provide professional engineering services for approximately 9,000 LF (1.70 mi) of Clinton Drive from 320' west of Galena Manor to Crown Street. As per the request and funding from Precinct 2, the Office of the County Engineer will be conducting the study with requested consultant assistance from Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc.
