Background and Discussion:
As part of this project, contractor developed the property to include a new building with new utility services. Contractor was responsible for the utility bills throughout the duration of the construction project, however, now the project is complete, the utility bills need to be transferred to Harris County. Note that the water meter address for this facility is shown as 120 Grand Ave, Channelview, TX 77530 on the water bill.
Expected Impact:
Approval of the utility authorization will allow Harris County to utilize the property for it's intended purpose, and to serve the public without disruptions.
