Background and Discussion:
The Flood Control District advertised a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for on-call Construction Engineering & Inspection Services for the establishment of a Registry and reserved the right to award under the RFSQ to the top ranked vendors. Based on an evaluation of qualifications and capabilities during the selection process, a recommended pool of eighteen vendors was selected. Approval for Authorization to Negotiate with all eighteen vendors is sought. Additionally, the Flood Control District will commence negotiations for specific services with the eight highest ranked vendors - Aguirre & Fields, LP; Ardurra Group, Inc.; Diaz Engineering, LLC; ING Garza, PLLC; ISANI Consultants, LP; Omega Engineers, Inc.; Quiddity Engineering, LLC; Versa Infrastructure - from the RFSQ selection process to perform on-call Construction Engineering & Inspection Services for various Flood Control District projects.
