Background and Discussion:
In early February, the Mayor of West University expressed concern about a Constable Precinct 1 patrol by officers in an unmarked vehicle across from an elementary school, where those officers appeared to be federal immigration enforcement agents. The Commissioners Court will discuss this incident and law enforcement practices in the County.
