Background and Discussion:
The original request for the PLSR Sponsorship Agreement was submitted by Precinct 2 to HCP for review by CAO on 07-July-2025. The request was not processed in a timely fashion.
A method of payment, which was agreed upon by the new leadership at HCP and the Auditors Office, would have allowed this invoice to be paid. CAO insisted upon a Settlement Agreement.
