Pursuant to Texas Government Code ?51.302, the County Auditor has approved the amount of the District Clerk Liability Contingency Fund to be used to reimburse this type of loss. The District Clerk's Office is required to submit the formal request to Commissioners Court to proceed with reimbursement.
