Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (HCSCC), on behalf of Harris County, is undertaking a series of improvement projects to maintain and upgrade critical infrastructure at County-owned NRG Park facilities.
Adoption of this reimbursement resolution authorizes Harris County to reimburse eligible costs associated with these improvements from future bond proceeds or other authorized funding sources, in accordance with applicable federal tax and bond regulations.
