Background and Discussion:
On January 8, 2026, Commissioners Court approved an updated 2026 meetings calendar. However, due to updated Court Member availability, the Office of County Administration (OCA) proposes changing the previously approved March 26, 2026 Business Court meeting to March 31, 2026, to ensure a quorum of members can be present. The updated calendar, Version 2.2, is reflected below with request for approval as presented, and updated associated deadlines are attached as backup materials.

Additional Business Court meetings will improve vendor payment timelines by increasing the frequency with which payments can be processed internally.
