Background and Discussion:
Harris County Housing & Community Development Department (HCHCD) and the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation ("the Corporation") entered into Amended Management & Accounting Services Agreements (collectively "Agreement") approved by Harris County Commissioners Court on December 19, 2023 and March 27, 2025, and an original agreement approved by Harris County Commissioners Court on September 10, 2019, to provide management and accounting services for the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation.
HCHCD has led the Corporation since 2019 and has the organizational capacity to support the Corporation to provide and finance affordable housing development opportunities in Harris County and that the Parties agree to amend the Agreement for the balance of the four-year term.
