The purpose of the agreement is to allow the limited use and sharing of departmental data for academic research and analytical purposes focused on the HCSO Crisis Intervention Response Team (CIRT). Ms. Creswell intends to conduct research at the Department examining the experiences of police officers and mental health professionals who ride together to respond to service calls involving persons with mental illness and how participants experience procedural justice in the unit.
