Background and Discussion:
To amend said Agreement (Amendment 6) to revise the Performance Statements throughout the Planning and Infrastructure Programs by adding one planning study and two infrastructure projects.

* Subrecipient shall conduct a study to assess neighborhood needs identified by residents and local organizations to provide recommendations for community resiliency.
