Background and Discussion:
Harris County will manage the study, and design of the with Roadway Improvements - Katy Fort Bend Rd. - I-10 to Kingsland Blvd. - 2025 within Precinct 4. Construction will improve roadway, mobility of pedestrians by installing a typical 6-foot-wide sidewalk, and relocate overhead utilities to underground.
