Background and Discussion:
The project is in Harris County, Precinct 3 in City of Houston. The scope of work consists of but not limited for the rehabilitation for Asphalt roadways - Approximately 4.5 miles of roads as follows: Root Road (1.9 miles), Dowdell Road (0.35 miles) and Kuykendahl Road (2.2 miles) and full depth reconstruction of Holy Road (1.23 miles)
The Changes in contract include:
