Background and Discussion:
The agreement will continue services from the previous contract that was awarded for maintenance and repair of all the vertical transportation equipment in Harris County.
Expected Impact:
The new agreement extends the services that was provided under the previous contract that will allow the vendor to continue providing monthly, semi-annual, annual maintenance and repairs for all the elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts in Harris County without lapses while the procurement process concludes for the rebid.
