Background and Discussion:
Precinct 5 deputies are assigned to the task force made up of federal and local law enforcement officers who work cooperatively to reduce the trafficking of narcotics and dangerous drugs. The HSTF program reimburses agencies for the overtime costs of law enforcement officers incurred while assisting in HSTF investigations.
