Corey Ford (SPN# 03206127), owner of the missing item.
Upon receipt of the complaint, Detention Officer J. Edwards, EIN 129565 initiated an investigation into the missing property. It was determined that Mr. Ford's valuable property bag containing his cellphone and a pair of earrings may have been attached to either his Harris County Jail card or potentially to another individual's
jail card. He contacted Detention Officer Henley (EIN114318) to review the video footage during Mr.
Ford's releasing process. He also reviewed the video footage with DO Henley and they both observed that Detention Officer J. Adams (EIN 162631) did not give inmate Ford any property at the
releasing counter.
