Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021 Harris County approved a contract with Precision Task Group, Inc. to implement a 3-1-1
constituent relationship management solution. Harris County Universal Services is now requesting approval of
the tenth amendment to add a new statement of work for Phase IV of the project and providing additional funding.
Expected Impact:
To modernize case management and service delivery for veterans in Harris County by bringing the Veterans Services Department (VSD) onto the ServiceNow platform, with case intake available via the Harris County 3-1-1 system.
