Background and Discussion:
This project's intent is to install full facility backup generators for 9 critical facilities/community centers in Precinct 3. These facilities will serve as emergency shelters and cooling & warming centers for constituents after natural disasters. The project involves design, procurement, constructing, and installing equipment, and fencing to protect generators

Project will make critical facilities more responsive to natural disasters by providing back-up power in the event of electricity loss.
