On June 12, 2025 Commissioners Court approved the request for approval to execute an Agreement with Consor Engineers, LLC. to provide design services for the replacement of the pavement surface (permeable friction course) and pavement markings along Sam Houston North Tollway.
The selected firm will provide construction material testing services for the project.
