Background and Discussion:
This project consists of Upgrade West Rayford Rd from Kuykendahl Rd to Northcrest drive from a half boulevard construction and road side ditch to a 4 lane concrete section with no curb and gutter, a 14' median with in 100' of ROW. The study report was completed for both West Rayford Segment 1 and Segment 2.
Expected Impact:
The project will improve the existent conditions of the subject road for the community in the specified area.

An alternative option is for the existing half boulevard to remain cross section condition to remain.
