Background and Discussion:
Burnett Bayland Park is located in Harris County Precinct 4 on the west side of Houston inside Beltway 8 loop. The park is located at the intersection of Gulfton Street and Chimney Rock Road. The park is bounded by Gulfton Street on the north, Chimney Rock Road on the east, Alder Dr on the west, and extended park area on the south side.
