Background and Discussion:
Project includes mowing services of ditches and esplanades for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. Project includes mowing services in Spring Camp for Precinct 3. The terms of service in connection with purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Engineering Department.
