Background and Discussion:
On 11/12/2024 Commissioners Court approved the unfunded PCN deletion policy and directed the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement the reconciliation exercise and enforce departmental compliance. The results are summarized below and presented in detail through the attachments.
