Background and Discussion:
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp (CenterPoint Gas) is requesting the Flood Control District to seek authorization from the Harris County Commissioners Court to pay the additional amount of $59,501.67 that exceeded the estimated cost of $33,173.38 as shown in the original agreement.
