Background and Discussion:
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. dba CenterPoint Energy Texas Gas Operations (CenterPoint Gas) is requesting the Flood Control District to seek authorization from the Harris County Commissioners Court to pay the additional amount of $12,145.45 that exceeded the estimated cost of $6,620.26 as shown in the original agreement.
