Background and Discussion:
Additional funding is requested for the month-to-month cost for the Land Records Document Fee Management System that the Harris County Clerk's Office uses. The funding that will be used is a County Clerk Special Revenue fund.
Request that the County Judge execute an amendment to an agreement with Neumo, previously GovOs, Inc. in the additional amount of $480,000 for integrated land and personal records management system for the County Clerk's Office for the extended period of December 17, 2025 - December 16, 2026 (190205), Justification for 0% MWBE Participation Goal: 0% - Non-Divisible.
Expected Impact:
This will allow continued and uninterrupted service of the Land Records Document Fee Management System for the Harris County Clerk's Office, until the rebid of this contract is solicited, a vendor is selected and implementation is complete.
