Background and Discussion:
Payroll correction for Stephen Alderete, EIN 117405
Due to an administrative error in processing step increases, Deputy Alderete did not receive his correct pay rate at the appropriate time. The employee became eligible for his step increase in April of 2025, and it should have been processed on May 3rd, 2025. Consequently, Deputy Alderete was paid at the incorrect hourly rate for 5 pay periods and was not paid at time and a half for the overtime worked. We are requesting a retroactive pay rate correction for the period of May 3rd, 2025, through June 28th, 2025, to compensate for the missed step increase and incorrect overtime rate.
The total back pay is $3,690.06
