Background and Discussion:
On October 29, 2024, the Harris County Commissioners Court approved an agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. to allow the Harris County Department of Economic Equity & Opportunity to enter into an agreement by utilizing the Harris County Flood Control District's existing contract with Tetra Tech, Inc. for disaster recovery program management services for the period of October 29, 2024 - December 18, 2025, with three (3) one-year renewal options (Contract No. 230100). MWDBE Contracted Goal: 30%.
