Background and Discussion:
We are requesting the rejection of the most recently completed RFSQ because the vendor which submitted qualifications were not healthcare service providers. Material submitted did not satisfy the requirements of the specifications. Upon gathering more information, we will attempt to rebid this request at a later date.
Expected Impact:
It will delay services being provided at the Channelview Wellness POD location, but it will allow Pct 2 team to delve into alternate methodologies in crafting the request and to find a qualified vendor to serve our constituents.
