Background and Discussion:
The project consists of construction of multimodal connector trail that will connect Spring Creek Greenway Hike and Bike trail to Townsen Park and Ride as well as to the historical US 59 bridge crossing the San Jacinto River in Harris County Precinct 3.
The change in contract includes the following:
