Background and Discussion:
The Precinct 4 Constables Office is committed to improving relationships with Harris County communities, developing working relationships with the communities to address real issues, and enhancing a positive cultural shift within the office. We respectfully request permission for the use of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 procurement credit card (P-Card) to pay for light refreshments, food, and related items for various events hosted by Precinct 4 Constables Office. The items will be purchased from the court approval date through September 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $20,000.
