Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Be a Resource for CPS Kids ("BEAR") to establish BEAR drop-off boxes for school supply donations at Precinct 2 community centers.

Background and Discussion:
This is a county program that aims to improve the quality of life for residents. Precinct 2 Community Centers will keep the boxes for the first donation program scheduled to begin on or around November 20, 2025, up to and until December 20, 2025. The boxes are described in Exhibit A ("Drop-Off Locations"). BEAR will pick up items as agreed upon and will log all donated items when they arrive at BEAR's warehouse, tracking the items through its database.
