Request by Housing and Community Development for approval to accept an amendment to an agreement with the Texas General Land Office to revise the performance statements and grant documents for the Harris County Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program - Infrastructure and Planning Projects Funding Contract.

Background and Discussion:
To revise the Performances Statements throughout the Planning and Infrastructure Programs by adding four planning studies and one infrastructure project. In addition, the following documents were revised: the Federal Assurance and Certifications; the General Affirmations; Nonexclusive List of Applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations; and the GLO Information Security Appendix.
Expected Impact:
No fiscal impact with this amendment. We are adding planning studies and infrastructure projects to the contract. The projects are to increase resilience to disasters and reduce the long-term risk of life, injury, damage to and loss of property, and suffering and hardship, by lessening the impact of future disasters.
