Background and Discussion:
This is an auto accident case alleging negligence of a Harris County employee involved in a vehicle collision on June 14, 2023, which resulted in claims of property damage and bodily injury. The parties have agreed to settle this suit. Harris County will pay Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec on behalf of Chuong H. Tran in the amount of $60,000.00 after the Court's approval.
