Background and Discussion:
Project includes concrete pavement repair construction services and sidewalk repair for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested a new bid item to be added.
Change includes adding the following bid Items: (PCO # 8)
1- Item 101 - Flowable Fill ($180/CY)
All missing in the current bid.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the outstanding work order within the Precinct 3 limits.
